This Used door bell chime is new but had to mark as used due to the scuff marks on the white housing. This is due to shelf life in a box full of other parts scuffing and rubbing off onto the casing causing those marks. It’s possible to clean this using a magic eraser which I didn’t have or possibly re-paint it. This is used but in good working condition. In order to install this unit you will need to wire this to a 16VDC 10A transformer. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
